A key advantage of choosing Beacon as your HOA Management Company is the knowledge and experience of our founder, Scott St. Clair. Scott’s years of experience with Pulte Homes includes first-hand knowledge of how your community was designed and built. He is familiar with the construction and how it should be maintained, both short and long term. He is already known throughout the community, as a result of his work with many of the homeowners and is acutely aware of the community’s needs.

Scott obtained his Bachelors Degree in Property Management from the leading school of construction management in the country. He is certified as an LCAM, and is pursuing a License in Real Estate. He has a passion for property management and is always expanding his education and qualifications to remain in the forefront of his field.

Our collection policy is very proactive, providing several methods for owners to make payments. Checks and automatic, direct payments are accepted without fees, and we can set up your community to process credit card payments online, in person, or over the phone.

We hold your vendors accountable to their contracts with your Association. Our philosophy with managing vendors is to trust, but verify. We work hands-on with vendors, to improve service to your community and reduce wasteful spending due to poor oversight.

100 Day Transition Plan

Beacon will work closely with HOA Board Members prior to the commencement of the contract to ascertain and articulate a plan to ensure that the Board’s vision of the community is well understood, and that the transition will be orderly and uneventful.

Every six months thereafter Beacon will meet with the Board to assure that we are on track with the Board’s expectations giving Beacon a bi annual evaluation.
